I'm lucky to have who I have in my life. Unfortunately, I'm one of those people who worries too much and all the time. 

I over-think everything. 

Thankfully though, the people who love me and who have remained by my side for years, know that about me. They know how to talk to me, how to rationalize things for me that I might not be able to see clearly.

today, a really close friend of mine, little brother was told he has a virus attacking his heart after being flown to shock-trauma. his and his family's entire lives were turned upside down. 

you hear something like that, and it makes you realize how important everything little thing in your life is. 

like anyone else, I'm always wishing for more but if you were to ask me right now if I needed anything.. I would have to tell you no, I already have the world. 

some days it might just take me a little longer to realize that.
